How AnoSayo handles merchant information, public menu data, and lightweight session-based customer activity.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to create and manage restaurant menu pages, such as merchant account details, restaurant names, branch names, menu content, logo uploads, and basic technical logs.

How we use it

We use this information to support merchant onboarding, publish menu pages, keep the product reliable, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.

Customer data in this MVP

AnoSayo is designed to stay lightweight. Public menu usage should not require customer names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, or payment details for the QR-to-cashier flow.

Temporary order preparation is session-based and may use browser storage to preserve the in-progress summary on the same device.

Cookies, browser storage, and providers

AnoSayo currently uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep merchant sign-in working, protect public routes from abuse, and preserve an in-progress menu summary or visit session on the same device.

If you block these essential cookies or storage features, parts of AnoSayo may not work as expected. This MVP does not yet provide a separate cookie preference center.

We may also rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, logging, and AI-assisted menu extraction when merchants use those features.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We only share information with service providers needed to run AnoSayo and retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve issues.

Privacy requests

For account or restaurant deletion requests, contact support. We may verify ownership before processing deletion.
