AnoSayo collects the information needed to publish restaurant menus, support merchant onboarding, and help customers prepare a summary before the cashier.

This may include merchant account details, restaurant and menu content, temporary customer cart/session data, and technical usage information such as device type, timestamps, and error logs.

Customer order preparation stays lightweight and session-based. AnoSayo should avoid collecting customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, and payment details for the public menu MVP.

AnoSayo may use local storage, session storage, cookies, and third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, file storage, analytics, and AI-assisted menu extraction.
