Terms of Service

AnoSayo helps customers scan a QR code, browse a restaurant menu, prepare an order summary, and show that summary to the cashier.

AnoSayo is not a point-of-sale system, payment processor, delivery service, kitchen workflow tool, or confirmed ordering platform.

• Provide accurate restaurant, branch, menu, and pricing details.
• Review published content and keep availability up to date.
• Use only content, logos, and assets you are allowed to upload.

A summary created through AnoSayo is not a confirmed order. Final price, availability, add-ons, taxes, service charges, and payment are confirmed by the restaurant at the counter.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape private data, upload unlawful content, or misrepresent a business you do not own or operate.

We may improve, change, pause, or remove parts of AnoSayo as the MVP evolves. If these Terms materially change, we will update the effective date above.

AnoSayo is currently provided under the Buting Software Development Services name as a Philippines-based service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute relating to AnoSayo will be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
