Terms and Conditions

AnoSayo is a SaaS product operated by Buting Software Development Services. It provides QR-based digital menus for restaurants and cafes.

Customers can scan a restaurant QR code, browse the menu, prepare an order summary, and show that summary to the cashier for manual input.

Merchants can create and manage restaurant information, menu items, categories, options, QR posters, and related menu settings through the AnoSayo dashboard. Dashboard access itself is not the paid service.

Paid subscriptions are not available yet. Current launch access uses trials and manual plan activation, without a subscription payment. Merchants manage menu publishing through the dashboard. A live menu can be opened by customers using its QR code.

Future paid subscriptions will cover the public menu and QR service. Paid cancellation and refund terms will be published before payments are enabled. An expired Founding Partner trial currently falls back to Starter features unless the plan is manually upgraded.

AnoSayo does not currently accept subscription payments. Future payments through PayMongo will be from merchants to AnoSayo for the SaaS subscription. AnoSayo does not process payments for food purchased by restaurant customers.

AnoSayo is not a point-of-sale system, delivery service, kitchen workflow tool, or confirmed ordering platform. Restaurant customers pay the restaurant separately for their actual food order.

• Provide accurate restaurant, branch, menu, pricing, and public menu details.
• Review published content and keep availability up to date.
• Honor order summaries shown to the cashier, subject to final confirmation.
• Use only content, logos, and assets you are allowed to upload.

A summary created through AnoSayo is not a confirmed order. Final price, availability, add-ons, taxes, service charges, and payment are confirmed by the restaurant at the counter.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape private data, upload unlawful content, or misrepresent a business you do not own or operate.

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

AnoSayo may perform maintenance and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

AnoSayo may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, illegal use, or violations of these Terms.

Merchants should first contact AnoSayo support for billing or service disputes. AnoSayo will review the account, payment record, and service status and attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Unresolved matters will be handled according to applicable Philippine law.

AnoSayo is currently provided under the Buting Software Development Services name as a Philippines-based service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute relating to AnoSayo will be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
